For generations, St. Mary’s Elementary School has been the beneficiary of the extraordinary generosity of many parents, parishioners, and friends who have supported the School with their time, talent, and treasure. These gifts have a deep and lasting impact on our programs and our students. We are deeply grateful to all those who give so generously to support the work of our wonderful faculty and staff.
The Annual Fund is a vital and growing way to support St. Mary’s Elementary School. Donations to this important effort are tax-deductible and support programs and initiatives in the current school year thereby having an immediate impact on our current students. Here are some important questions about the Annual Fund:
What is the Annual Fund?
It is an annual fundraising campaign that supports the School’s most immediate and critical needs. All parents are asked to make a donation to the Annual Fund.
What programs does it support?
The Annual Fund supports the current year’s programs including classroom supplies, the athletic program, and extracurricular activities.
Why is it necessary if I already pay tuition?
It is necessary because tuition does not cover the full cost to educate each student. In fact, tuition covers only about 75% to 80% of the cost.
How much should I give to the Annual Fund?
We simply ask that you do the best you can within your financial means. Our goal is that every family participates by giving something. Giving is very personal and everyone has different financial circumstances. Just know that every gift, of every amount, is valued and very appreciated.
